Adavi Alert Foundation recently visited RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, to connect with engineering students interested in contributing to our Gaja Raksha project. The goal was to encourage students to develop a prototype early-alert system to help mitigate and manage human-elephant conflicts. The visit received an overwhelming response from both students and faculty.
As part of the session, we introduced the Gaja Raksha project and shared insights into our ongoing conservation efforts. Additionally, we conducted a discussion on snakebite prevention and safety measures, providing valuable information to the participants.
This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering collaboration between academia and conservation, empowering young minds to develop innovative solutions for wildlife protection.
