WHAT’S THE OBJECTIVE WE WISH TO ACHIEVE
WITH THIS STORY?

The primary objectives we aim to achieve with this story are:

Awareness and Appreciation: We want to raise awareness and foster a deep appreciation for the importance of snakes in our ecosystem. By dispelling myths and showcasing the beauty and significance of these creatures, we aim to change public perception.

Conservation: Our story is a call for action for individuals to actively engage in nature conservation. By understanding and
respecting snakes, people can contribute to the preservation of these vital species.

Reducing Conflicts: Through education and guidance on snake identification and appropriate reactions to snakebites,
particularly from the “big four” venomous snakes, we aim to reduce conflicts between humans and snakes.

Empowerment: We want to empower people with knowledge and skills to manage snake encounters safely and confidently,
thus ensuring their safety and protection of these creatures.

Inspiration: This story serves as an inspiring example of the power of individual commitment and community involvement
in environmental stewardship. We hope it motivates others to take action in their own communities.

Cultural Shift: By changing perceptions and promoting coexistence, our objective is to educate and facilitate a cultural shift towards more harmonious relations between humans and snakes. The story aims to create awareness, inspire conservation efforts, reduce conflicts, empower individuals, and bring about a positive cultural change regarding the perception and treatment of snakes in our society.
